Established under PKV Trading Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 1 million Baht, operating as a sales agent for imported and exported machinery, electrical appliances, and high and low voltage electrical equipment.
1986
Establishment of Precise Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Engaged in the business of manufacturing electrical equipment.

Established Precise System and Project Co., Ltd., manufacturing of control panels and protective equipment, as well as providing construction services for high-voltage substations.
1994
PKV Trading Co., Ltd. was renamed to Precise International Corporation Co., Ltd.
2009
Established Precise Smart Life Co., Ltd. (formerly Precise Biorefinery Complex Co., Ltd.), focusing on the Bio-Circular-Green Economy (BCG Economy) for energy and continuous production of other bio-based materials.
2011
Established Precise Power Producer Co., Ltd., to operate in renewable energy investment business. Produce and sell electricity and other related businesses.
2012
Precise International Corporation Co., Ltd. was officially renamed to Precise Corporation Co., Ltd.
2013
Pacific Power Development Corporation Co., Ltd. operates in the import of electrical and mechanical equipment and project sales, and also doing the export of products from Precise Group, and investments in Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
2014
Precise Corporation Co., Ltd. restructured its organization to operate as a holding company, managing investments in subsidiary companies.
2015
The 9.9 MW biomass power plant of Songkhla Biomass Co., Ltd., is a joint venture between Precise Power Producer Co., Ltd. (“PPP”), Ratchaburi Energy Co., Ltd., and Assiddeek Savings Cooperative Ltd., began commercial operation (Commercial Operation Date: COD).
2017
Precise Digital Economy Co., Ltd. (formerly Precise Green Products Co., Ltd.) producing for energy-saving equipment, project management, maintenance services, and the sale of communication, information, and automation systems.
2018
Precise Corporation Co., Ltd. was converted from a limited company to a public company. Additionally, Songkhla Biopower Plant commenced commercial operation (Commercial Operation Date: COD).
2020
Established Precise Electric Manufacturing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. to manufacture and distribute electrical system equipment for customers in Cambodia.
2023
Precise Electric Manufacturing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. inaugurated its factory in Cambodia and began recognizing revenue.
