PCC Upholds the Spirit

“Energizing Shared Prosperity”

We give importance to take care all stakeholders, including customers, business partners, employees, shareholders as well as local communities nearby every establishment where the company operates in both environmental, social and governance aspects.

Dear Shareholders,

In 2025, Precise Corporation Public Co., Ltd. (PCC) continued to maintain a growth rate if 10%.  PCC is aware of challenges to its growth, including competition from both domestic manufacturers and contractors from China in the core industries in which it operates such as Smart Grid Digitalization, Addressing Overall Supply Chain of Bamboo และ Digital, AI & Automation Solutions.  Furthermore, Thailand’s competitiveness is considered to have slowed down compared to the international level, which has also affected PCC’s growth.  However, PCC recognizes the importance of laying a strong foundation and operational plans to strengthen the company further.   PCC has carefully considered and revised its strategy to strengthen its competitiveness amidst the challenges of the current economic climate and to create stable and sustainable growth in the future. The details are as follows:

1. Advancing Innovation and Engineering Processes

For its product scope, PCC is committed to continuously developing its knowledge in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) across all product groups. The objective is to develop and research new processes for product design and development for PCC and to develop on operational system that covers all business processes.  In the manufacturing sector, PCC is committed to developing towards Factory 4.0, and in the project operation, which encompasses Digital Engineering and Digital Business Technology Platform, PCC focuses on developing innovative engineering approaches that can enhance performance for both the public and private sectors, ensuring greater modernity and innovation.

2. Creating Value through Innovative Social Businesses

In the past, the government focused primarily on driving economic growth and increasing GDP, resulting in high living costs and losses due to the destruction of natural resources.   PCC recognizes the importance of laying the foundation for genuine societal growth and has invested in STEM research, development, and innovation to advance environmental conservation (clean and living soil, clean water, clean air and clean energy) as well as biodiversity preservation and food security to eliminate social inequality, and this social innovation business is “Social Innovation Business” which PCC think this as a crucial mechanism for eliminating inequality, which is a core objective of the company: creating value through social innovation businesses.   These businesses will foster innovation and develop new national infrastructure to ensure a better quality of life for future generations.

Integrating STEM into these target industries will enhance strategic complexity, making it more difficult to replicate, and guild distinctive competence within organizations, alongside the transition to a digital organization to support sustainable growth.

PCC also prioritizes effective ESG management, as evidenced by its goal of achieving and AA ESG Rating in year 2025, an improvement from the previous year and reflecting its genuine commitment to sustainable natural resource management.

On behalf of Precise Corporation Public Company Limited, we would like to thank our shareholders, board of directors, management, employees and all stakeholders for their collective contributions to the organization’s success.  We sincerely hope to receive your continued support and trust to grow together sustainably.
Regards,

Achitsak Bunjongpotiklang
